Working principle of the VMT Series

Has a stepper motor system to control the intermediate and weighing buckets,which can be custom set for the desired speed and batch volume. Products are feed by a central vibrator through linear vibrating pans feeders into intermediate buckets and then discharged on demand into weighing buckets.each pan contains a certain percentage of total target weight. The machine set can be simply programmed and memorized to adjust for products of variying consistencies such as free- flowing and sticky products or frozen foods.
