GUARANTEE AND SERVICE CONDITIONS

The machines that produced by MARMAK have after sales servicing guarantee for 1 year refering conditions below and also continious servicing after 1 year.

Guarantee Conditions :

1)	Once the customer requested technician & service, that will be reacted as soon as possible.
2)	For the international needs except extra ordinary conditions in 10 days it will be responsed.
3)	Our technician's initial duty is “To Start – Up The Machine”.
4)	When our technician localize the failure; He will realize about the reason of the problem whether in manufacturing/our assembling phase or not. If so, all expenses will be paid by MARMAK and the necessary parts will be supplied free of charge. But; If the failure is based upon any of the following statements, then all expenses including: The cost of the changing parts, Daily allowance for our technician (100 USD Per day, starts at the departure from factory), flight costs and accomodation will be charged to customer.

Failures determined during service search that excludes guarantee :

1)	Failures that became out of manufacturing design/aim usage
2)	Deliberated failures
3)	Failures based on electrical supply
4)	Failures based on pneumatic supply (lack of equipment or poor quality)
5)	Failures caused by environmental problems (Out of tolerance Wet/ acidic/ hot/ cold/dusty etc. places ) in the local area
6)	Failures caused by insufficient maintenance, operator faults, improper settings, spare parts that did not approved by Marmak.
7)	Failures/breaks that became from internal moves
8)	Failures based on the lack of knowledge for basic operation rules and operators poor quality
9)	Failures caused by poor quality & unsuitable films for the bags (Calls for this purpose)
10)	Failures based on the thickness & width of the film to be out of tolerance than the given measures
11)	Parts that may change periodicly (like Cutter knife,sealing elements, teflons, silicone parts,heating tubes etc.)
